The Seattle Choral Company is committed to being a voice of excellence in choral singing-–in all its diversity-–as an experience that builds and enriches community.
Founded in 1982, the Seattle Choral Company is in its fourth decade as one of the regions most accomplished and respected choirs. As well as collaborating with professional musical groups to present choral masterworks, like our recent performances of Faure's Requiem with Northwest Sinfonietta, we also strive to bring exciting new works and less well-known classics to audiences in the Seattle area. Most importantly, we are a welcoming, supportive and inclusive group of people who share a deep passion for choral music, and we are an active part of Seattle's musical community: we are a member of the Greater Seattle Choral Consortium and are currently one of the artistic groups in residence at Saint Mark's Cathedral.
The Seattle Choral Company is a non-profit artistic organisation which relies on the generosity of hundreds of supporters like you each year to continue its work. Any donation you are able to make, no matter how small, will play an important role in funding our ongoing artistic programs. Your contribution will help us pay concert expenses, like venue and music licensing fees, and also help with our ongoing organisational costs like rent for our rehearsal space and our artistic director's salary.
