Located in Bellingham, WA, the award-winning Chuckanut Bay Distillery is proud to be one of the most authentic examples of field-to-glass distilling that exists in craft spirits.  Every single drop of spirit that we sell has been milled, mashed, fermented and distilled in small batches, employing our unique "slow-crafted" methodology. We source the premium quality substrate that underpins our products - Yukon Gold Potatoes,  Washington Wheat, rye, corn and more - from family-owned farms located nearby.
